Andriol

If you are interested in testosterone drugs, you may have noticed that most of its forms are oil solutions for intramuscular administration. And it has a reason, as in the tablet form there are significant drawbacks.

All due to the fact that the hormone molecule, without being changed, absorbed from the digestive system, in any case, will be destroyed by special catalysts in the liver. Based on this, a more stable “version” of tablet testosterone was created.

In this case, the necessary hormone was transformed into a molecule, which the liver cannot destroy. Studies have shown that when you consume andriol in bodybuilding, the high lipophilic nature allows at least partially absorb it through the gastrointestinal tract and it does not affect the circulatory system.

Originally, testosterone tablets were developed and presented by the pharmaceutical manufacturer Organon in the early 1980s. In addition to its brand name, Andriol, has also been manufactured under the names Virigen, Undestor, Restandol, Panteston and Androxon worldwide.

It is made on an oil basis in the form of capsules. Testosterone pills are intended to be used as an alternative to injection drugs. From the moment of creation it was supposed that such preparation will become substitution therapy for the men, making small levels of natural testosterone. But, modern bodybuilders successfully use it to increase muscle mass.

Testosterone undecanoate in practice

Tablet testosterone cycles should generally follow the same principles as any other form of testosterone. It can be used alone in a single cycle or used in conjunction with drugs such as Winstrol, Nandrolone, Trenbolone, or Anavar (Oxandrolone).

The length of andriol cycle can vary from 8 weeks to 12 or more. Although, andriol or as it is also called – “testosterone undecanoate” is generally not toxic to the liver, there are some drawbacks in its nature.

Since it relies on the body’s fat solubility, it is known that bioavailability in the oral drug is about 7%. Therefore, its use among athletes and bodybuilders is not very popular, because everyone wants to get more value and spend less money.

Andriol, like all other anabolic steroids, can suppress natural testosterone production. Suppression of the male hormone is a very real fact of using anabolic steroids. Therefore, it is important to limit the duration of the cycle and participate in a proper post-program therapy after the cessation of the testosterone program. Failure to do so could potentially lead to permanent suppression of testosterone for life.

Dosing and administration of andriol

From a medical point of view, testosterone doses in capsules are prescribed in the range of 120-160 mg per day for the first 2 to 3 weeks. After this initial period, the recommendations require dose reduction to 40-120 mg per day.

To increase productivity and improve physical fitness, the dosage of andriol should be significantly higher. Requires a minimum of 250 mg per day (6 or 7 capsules) to see the greatest effect.

Professional or experienced bodybuilders may need an even higher dosage. Due to the lipophilic nature of the pharmacology of testosterone in tablets, it is recommended to use it with food consumption.

Ideally, with a higher fat content to maximize absorption in the body through the lymphatic system. When you eat on an empty stomach, there is extremely low absorption and bioavailability. Doses of andriol should be divided into two evenly distributed doses (e.g. morning and evening).
