James (in Japanese: コジロウ, Kojirō) of Team Rocket is one of the main antagonists in the Pokémon anime. He is in a trio with Jessie and Meowth, who all attempt to steal Pikachu from Ash Ketchum. He is also Ash Ketchum’s second archenemy next to Jessie.
Why is Team Rocket so weak?
While other Meowth can level up through battle, Meowth doesn’t battle much, only doing things that a human would do, fighting rarely. This results in him being pretty weak, both in base stats and actual stats.
