Can I cancel my first HelloFresh order?
To cancel or amend your first order you will need to contact Customer Care. For all future deliveries, you can easily change your box type, size or the address online or via the app but if you need to change your first delivery please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
How do you Unskip a week on Hello Fresh?
Select the delivery date you want to unskip and click ‘unskip week’and the date will turn green. Alternatively, you can head to the week you would like to unskip in ‘My Menu’ and select ‘Unskip’.
Can I change my Hellofresh delivery day?
Log in to your account. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and head to your Account Settings. Click ‘Edit’ next to ‘Delivery window’ option, then select your desired delivery day.
Can I pick my meals with HelloFresh?

What time will HelloFresh be delivered?
Your box will be delivered on the day specified on your account. Depending on where you live, there may be different delivery options available to you. Our standard delivery time slot is between 08:00 and 19:00.
How do I know when my HelloFresh is coming?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with the subject line ‘Your HelloFresh box is on its way!’ containing a link to your tracking number. You may also track your delivery via the tracking link on the “My Menu” page.
