- Step 1 Bin. Unplug the device.
- Push down the red lever located on the outside of the bin, next to the device handle.
- Push the red lever down a second time to release the bin.
- Pull bin away from the cyclone.
- Step 5 Battery Pack.
- Locate the screw on the device handle.
- Pull the battery pack down and away from the device.
