Why is Statikk Shiv removed?

If you have no other thanky/sustaiy people or CC on your team, red is a must. If you have other bruisers/tanks/hard CC, you’ll probably round the team out better as blue. Focus more on rounding out your own team, not trying to decide based on theirs. Rarely will a team ever have no good targets for blue Kayn anyhow.
