It’s easier just because you have someone you can communicate with, someone who actually listens to call outs for flanks and/or help. All ladder games are easier to climb as a duo-trio. You’re more likely to at the very least synergize with 1-2 other players on your team which tends to go a long way in OW team comps./span>

Does duo affect MMR?

It does lower the mmr of the higest player but not by a great deal as i was vsing players who were high silver low gold most games. I even had a diamond player against me. The lp gains should be fine now since the changes to ranked. If you lose that game, however, you will lose a lot of elo and they will pick up a lot.

Do you get less LP if you Duo?

The game will give you less LP in a win, but also more LP loss in a defeat./span>
